Theodore “Victor“ Allen was a drug dealer and pedophile who was one of John Doe’s victims.
Biography
Theodore “Victor” Allen grew up with abusive parents, and as a result of this, as an adult suffered a a variety of mental illnesses. Victor became a drug dealer and was arrested several times for a variety of crimes, including assault and forcing himself on a minor. Victor was attacked and kidnappd by John Doe, who strapped him to a bed and inflicted countless injuries on him, even severing his hand. Victor was discovered by police a year after his kidnapping, after John Doe used his hand while killing Greed. Victor was sent to a hospital, where it was discovered he was brain dead and had chewed off his own tongue in an attempt at suicide.
